What happens after my license expires?
The initial purchase includes updates and support for 1 year, so you’ll automatically get any updates and new features during that time.
If you decide not to renew your license, we cannot guarantee that Draw Attention will continue to work. Without updates and bug support, the plugin is vulnerable to developing conflicts with newer WordPress, theme, or plugin releases. And, any premium features that rely on our servers may not work without an active license.

If I upgrade from free to pro, will I lose my images and hotspots?
No, you won’t lose any data.
If you already have the free version of Draw Attention installed and activated, you can upload and activate the Pro version of Draw Attention – when you activate the pro version, we’ll automatically deactivate the free version for you. You can safely delete the free version.
You may see a warning about potential data loss, but don’t worry – your images and hotspots are all safe and will still be there, even after you’ve deleted the free version of the plugin.
Can you please send me an invoice?
You can generate an invoice for your records right within your account’s Purchase History tab.
Just click the Generate Invoice link. Then, you can enter any company information, VAT number, etc., to generate your invoice.
What if I didn’t get my license key?
You should have received an email with a license key and a link to download the pro version of the plugin. Please check your spam folder to make sure it didn’t end up there.
You may also log in and retrieve your license key and the plugin download from your account. If this is your first time logging in, you’ll need to reset your password using the email address you used during the purchase process.
If you can’t access your account, please contact us and we can help you log in.
Can I upgrade to an unlimited license?
Yes, you can upgrade directly from your account. Just click on purchase history > view licenses > upgrade.
