What happens after my license expires?

Your subscription and license will automatically renew each year to ensure uninterrupted service unless you cancel your subscription through your Draw Attention account or submit a cancellation request to our Support team.

If you decide not to renew your license by canceling your subscription, we cannot guarantee that Draw Attention will continue to work. Without updates and bug support, the plugin is vulnerable to developing conflicts with newer WordPress, theme, or plugin releases. And, any premium features that rely on our servers may not work without an active license.

If I upgrade from free to pro, will I lose my images and hotspots?

No, you won’t lose any data.

If you already have the free version of Draw Attention installed and activated, you can upload and activate the Pro version of Draw Attention – when you activate the Pro version, we’ll automatically deactivate the free version for you. You can safely delete the free version.

You may see a warning about potential data loss, but don’t worry – your images and hotspots are all safe and will still be there, even after you’ve deleted the free version of the plugin.


Can you please send me an invoice?

You can generate an invoice for your records right within your account’s Purchase History tab.

Just click the Generate Invoice link. Then, you can enter any company information, VAT number, etc., to generate your invoice.


What if I didn’t get my license key?

You should have received an email with a license key and a link to download the pro version of the plugin. Please check your spam folder to make sure it didn’t end up there.

You may also log in and retrieve your license key and the plugin download from your account. If this is your first time logging in, you’ll need to reset your password using the email address you used during the purchase process.

If you can’t access your account, please contact us and we can help you log in.


Can I upgrade to an unlimited license?

Yes, you can upgrade directly from your account. Just click on purchase history > view licenses > upgrade.


How can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel directly from your Draw Attention account:

  1. Log in at wpdrawattention.com/my-account/
  2. Go to the Purchase History tab
  3. Click View Licenses on the purchase you want to cancel
  4. Select Manage Subscription
  5. Click Cancel Subscription and confirm

You’ll receive a confirmation email – hold onto that as your record that the renewal has been stopped.

If you don’t see a Manage Subscription option or run into any trouble, contact our support team, and we can cancel it for you.


What happens after I cancel my subscription?

Canceling stops future renewals – it doesn’t cut off your license access immediately.

  • Your license stays active until the end of your current billing period.
  • You keep getting plugin updates and premium features through the end of your current billing period.
  • After the license expires, the plugin stays on your site, but you won’t receive premium support, or have access to plugin updates, or bug fixes.

If you’re on a lifetime license, there’s nothing to cancel – you own it outright.


How Can I Request a Refund?

We only offer refunds within 30 days of purchase. If you’re eligible, please contact our support team with the email address linked to your purchase, and we’ll take care of it.
